adik singgah....amboi..banyaknya turun....bestnya....adik ni usahkan turun...dah naik sampai 3kg sejak joint 99HTN...huhuhuh
nape la perut ni asyik lapo je...
mar pun kadang2 naik jugak berat badan.lumrah la kan. mar ni nafsu makan memang melampau cuma skrg ni terkawal la sikit.
ada org cakap kalau kita selalu lapar tu maksudnya kadar metabolisme dah meningkat.kalau lapar mar mkn epal hijau dan guava.buah mkn byk2 takper.yg pnting jgn berlapar nnt dapat gastrik pulak
